Truly a good app

The layout of the app is simple and efficient, the programs are accessible even for beginners, its a nice app to begin practicing at home! I wish there was more content and explanation on how to get into the poses, but really good anyway!

I have used this app for over 2 years now. I love it and I started my yoga journey with it. It is really good in terms of explaining the poses exactly like they are supposed to be. Im not a gym person, so I really like to be independant of anything and just relax and do yoga at home. This app is really great in terms of this. The only thing I would add/change would be the starting points of the cycles. When you exercise with this app for so long, you dont need it to explain the cycles over and over again very slowly. I just want to start the cycle right away, but each time the app will explain to you the moves, and exhaling and inhaling for so long is impossbile. But overall its the best app out there (tried almost all)
