The routines included with the paid app are very good. Comparable to my favourite instructor. There are high intensity interval training moments that can be quite a workout but im really enjoying the app.

Pocket Yoga is everything you need in a guided yoga app. While it doesn’t allow you to create your own yoga routines, the designers have a second app for that purpose. That makes sense to me. For most people, the guided routines built into this app will be enough. The design is really nice, the instructions for each move, each transition are clear. I’ve been using it for 5-6 years, and I love it.

Do not purchase this app!! It is not good for yoga at all. Gives you no time to get into the poses, and the sessions are awful. Dont waste your money.
Its easy and practice to used
I bought my Apple Watch with the intention of getting g to really monitor my health & fitness, but I go to do the workout for the first time and the watch doesnt stay synced with my phone during the workout. Then, the watch doesnt say I completed the workout when my phone shows it was completed.
This App is just delightful and well worth the price. I travel a lot and I am 65, so the need to relax and stretch after a flight is paramount. The app is well designed so I can get in a quick session or a long one depending no matter my location. Just love it!
I contacted the company and they said its Apples fault the Watch is broken and it cant be fixed until Apple changes. All of my other apps sync fine.

3 different styles of practices, 3 levels of experience, and 3 different durations of practices helps you customize your workout. It helps to have attended live classes with an instructor, so you know fundamentals of poses. There is a section of all poses contained in app, so you can practice a new pose outside of a practice. App allows you to customize your music too. I enjoy this app.
Im an avid yogi and some of the practices on this app kicks my butt! So great on days I dont feel like driving to the gym. I use it with my Apple Watch to track calories burned, however I dont find that its properly syncs the calories correctly, for this I am giving this app 4 stars vs. 5. If you just want a great yoga app then this is it!
Easy to follow, clear illustrations and soothing voice/instructor. No excuse to not set your phone on the floor and push play for a good yoga routine.
The first couple of times you work with the app, it can seem like its going too fast, but the rewind option makes up for that. As a college student, this is the best!!!
