On vacation? In a hotel room? Outside? Yep, this is great to get a practice in anywhere. Im moving to intermediate, and this is a challenging and peaceful practice. Would like to see the option for more varied practices. Thanks, I really enjoy this!!

I really like this app. It has very clear instructions and images for every pose. I enjoy it and I feel the burn!!

I bought my Apple Watch with the intention of getting g to really monitor my health & fitness, but I go to do the workout for the first time and the watch doesnt stay synced with my phone during the workout. Then, the watch doesnt say I completed the workout when my phone shows it was completed.
